They don't really say a minimum, but for Masters Degree, you will need to be at least a B students.

For most gradudate program, you are not allow to get more than 2 C's during the course of your program. Those 2 C's will pretty much kill your overall GPA.

Knowing that you can't really have more than 2 C's in the entire master degree program. Most graduate students will graduate with a 3.2 GPA or above.

Generally speaking, bare minimum will be 3.0. depending on which school and what concentration you are in, there might be a higher requiement.
