I think Manchester City in UK. Standard of living is much lower than London but you are in close proximty of London.

Barcelona, Spain. It's quite different from America and the place is beautiful.

Any cities in Germany will be nice too. I've heard places like Germany have terrific engineering programs.

I personally like Switzerland, but it's somewhat cold over there and i'm not really good with cold weather.

I like France alot, but i've heard the people are not the nicest over there. They don't like foreigners as much. Is that true?
